The process

Memories, to last a lifetime.

Four steps, from booking your date to the day your keepsake arrives home.

Plan ahead

Why booking in advance matters.

Guaranteed availability

Studio space is limited so each piece gets the time it needs. Booking early means your date will not be full.

No late fees

Last-minute flower bookings need urgent changes to our schedule, and that carries a late fee. Planning ahead avoids it.

Price protection

Once your deposit is paid, your order is locked in at the current price. Later increases will not apply to you.

Materials ready for you

Every order needs specific materials. With notice we can prepare them. Without it, we may not be able to take your order.

1Step one

Book your date

Add your chosen products to the cart and check out. The calendar shows which dates are open. Pick your date, pay the deposit, and your booking is confirmed at today's prices.

Flowers: your booking date is the day your flowers must reach us, within 24 to 72 hours of your event.

2Step two

Send your items

Once your booking is confirmed we email you our Packaging and Design Guide. It explains how to pack each type of item so it reaches us in good condition. The last page asks a few design questions about your piece. Fill it in, print it and put it in the box so we can start straight away.

3Step three

Design your order

Each type of item is handled differently once it reaches the studio. You get an email as your order moves into each stage.

Flowers

Dried, laid out, then poured

Your flowers go through a long professional drying process to hold their colour and shape. We then lay out the design. For large pieces we send you a digital layout to approve before any resin is poured.

Breast milk

Preserved as a fine powder

We remove the proteins and moisture from your milk until it becomes a fine powder, then work it into the product you chose.

Clothing

Laid out, then stitched

We lay out your fabric according to the pattern and instructions you chose. Only once the layout is right do we cut, stitch and stuff the piece.

Ashes

Set with care

We make your chosen product first, then set the ashes into it by hand. Any ashes we do not use come back to you with your order.

Deliver your items

After a final quality check and polish, your piece is packed and sent home the way you chose at booking.

We arranged courier

Confirm, dispatch, track

We confirm your delivery address, dispatch the parcel and send you the waybill so you can track it.
