Each item goes through several stages before it comes home. Here is how long each type of order takes.
After welcoming my baby girl our production timelines extended to around five months. We are working hard to get back to our four-month turnaround, but we will never rush your flowers. Every piece deserves the time it needs to become something truly special.
The preservation stage is the longest part, but it is always worth the wait. Your account is updated as your order progresses.
Each piece is custom made with love and precision. Once your size is confirmed your design is 3D printed, then cast in sterling silver, an intricate high-heat process handled with extreme care. After casting it is cleaned, polished and set before your memories are preserved inside.
Complex orders can take up to three months.
Turning your material into the perfect keepsake takes time, love and a steady hand. Each stitched piece takes approximately two months. Our seamstress team work carefully and meticulously to give you a product you will be proud to show off and cherish forever.
If your order is not one of the pieces above, our standard turnaround time is six to eight weeks.
Your account shows the stage your order is in, so you always know where your flowers are.
These timelines are guidelines only. Life happens, and as humans, things can shift from order to order depending on communication, complexity and circumstances.
Please remember, I am one person managing all phases of this business, from design and production to communication and packaging. I pour my heart into every piece, so I kindly ask for grace and kindness if things ever take a little longer than expected.
